Loved this quote from the resource “Transforming Tate Learning”. The resource is great for anyone working with people in creative fields and assessing how you can effectively plan and evaluate your work – many great lessons shared by Tate Learning.
After attending a workshop about evaluation methods in the education sector I came across this great resource about meaningful youth participation. Great resource and reminder (not to fall into the bottom three) for anyone working with young people.
Happy to support Wear It Purple today because in their words “You have the right to be proud of who you are.”
Wear It Purple is a student-run and not for profit initiative to combat homophobia in schools. I think it’s important we encourage students to tackle these issues early and have open conversations in the school yard about diversity and discrimination.
Often these campaigns get criticised as empty gestures, but I think these guys and organisations like the Safe Schools Coalition are doing great to open up the conversation in schools. Good work.
